This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals whose personal information may be handled by 

PT Ranajaya Citaprasada Thani and Universitas Narotama Surabaya (“Ranajaya”, “Narotama”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”, affiliates and associated companies). Ranajaya alongside  Universitas Narotama Surabaya is the owner and developer of the Narotama campus e-wallet and payment app (“GoUtama”).

 

This privacy policy applies when you use GoUtama mobile apps (Android and IOS) and our related product(s) and services.

 

At Ranajaya, We respect and protect the privacy of Our users. We do so with the intention to continually find ways to upgrade Our Services to improve and enhance your user experience. 3. SIM Provider information (during register);

5. Information from others source (ie. e-wallet or bank account for transaction purpose).

1. Service providers: We share your Personal Information with Our service providers that perform services in support of Our business operations (for example, We may engage other companies to process secure payments, provide authentication services, provide streaming and content delivery services, fulfill orders, perform analytics). We notably implement GrabPay Payment Gateway.

 

2. Ranajaya companies: PT Ranajaya Citaprasada Thani is Our parent company. We may share your data with Bitsmedia Affiliates for internal business administration purposes within the Ranajaya Companies.

 

3. Legal Obligations: We may share your Personal Information with these parties where We believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect Our rights or the rights of any third party.

 

3. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

We will keep your Personal Information for as long as We have a relationship with you (i.e. as long as you have access to the Services and for archiving under applicable limitation periods).

1. User Data:

   1. Data Collection and Processing:

By using the GoUtama mobile app, you explicitly consent to the collection and processing of the following categories of personal data: Full name, PIN, and profile photo, Verified phone number and email address, Encrypted account login details (username and password)

 

2. Security Measures:

User data is stored securely in our database server. We employ state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures, including firewalls, data encryption, and access controls, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the personal information we process. Our security measures are continually reviewed and updated to mitigate risks.

 

2. Account Creation and Security:
